- Medical Director: Provides clinical supervision and guidance to the care team.
- Nurse Practitioner (NP): Conducts patient visits for medical oversight and coordination of care with the family and Silverado team.
- Master’s-level Social Worker:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): Provides resources, guidance, education and psychosocial support to guide the patient and their family through current needs and help prepare for changes in condition.
- Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs):
- Support Staff: A team of specialists who coordinate resources and deliver identified needs alongside other healthcare providers
